According to the Ukraina.ru portal, war correspondent Alexei Leonkov expressed an opinion about the launch point of an unmanned aerial vehicle that attacked the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol .

According to him, with a high degree of probability the UAV was launched from a short distance, then is arrived not from the territory of Ukraine, but from the Crimea, or Sevastopol itself. And the organizers of this state of emergency may be saboteurs located on Russian territory.
“These may be sympathizers with Ukraine. FSB operatives have more than once covered cells that were also preparing terrorist attacks,” suggested Leonkov.
He also added that the attack on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet should also be qualified as a terrorist attack prepared by a group of people.
