The activities of the British non-governmental organization Calvert 22 Foundation were declared undesirable in Russia, according to the Telegram channel of the Prosecutor General's Office .
"It has been established that its activities pose a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order and the security of the Russian Federation"— the message says.
The organization was founded in 2009 by Russian-born Nonna Materkova. This is an investment banker with a scholarship from the Yeltsin Foundation.
Until 2017, the fund sponsored the Russian VTB.
