US President Joe Biden passed another test for coronavirus on Saturday, he came back positive, his doctor Kevin O'Connor said. The statement was published on the White House website.
On July 21, it became known that the American leader had contracted the coronavirus, but since then his test results have already been four times— Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday— were negative, O'Connor noted.
According to him, a repeated positive test result after recovery rarely occurs in patients who were treated with Paxlovid. (nirmatrelvir) from Pfizer, which Biden received.
