The Duma proposed blocking calls to raise money for Ukraine without trial
According to Vasily Piskarev, chairman of the Duma Security Committee, attempts by the Russians to finance the enemy in the context of a special military operation are unacceptable

The State Duma is preparing a draft law on extrajudicial blocking of publications with calls to raise funds for financing enemy in the conditions of hostilities with the participation of Russia, Vasily Piskarev, chairman of the Duma Security Committee, said on Telegram.
“We have recorded cases when various organizations or individuals announce a collection of funds that ultimately go to Ukrainian militants and neo-Nazis. This is unacceptable, and a mechanism should work here, similar to what is already operating in attempts to finance terrorism,— the deputy emphasized.
According to him, any attempts by the Russians to finance the enemy in the conditions of a special military operation should be stopped.
Draft Amendment to the Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection” is under consideration by the Prosecutor General's Office, the FSB, the Ministry of Justice, Rosfinmonitoringei and has already received a positive review from Roskomnadzor, the deputy specified.
After discussion with the relevant departments, the bill will be considered by the Duma commission to investigate foreign interference, it is also headed by Piskarev. Then the document will be submitted to Parliament.
