Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin appointed Olga Makeeva as the ambassador of the republic in Russia, according to the website of the DPR.
“Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin signed Decree No. 182 dated May 6, 2022, by which he appointed Olga Makeeva to the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Donetsk People's Republic to the Russian Federation,— the message says.
Until now, she served as deputy chairman of the People's Council of the DPR of the second convocation.
Rodion Miroshnik became the Ambassador of the LPR, according to the website of the Luhansk Information Center. Prior to that, he was an adviser to the head of the LPR on foreign policy.
