During the “denazification” in Ukraine, Russia seeks to “destroy the neo-Nazism foothold” established on its borders. Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said this in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
“Our goal is to defeat the neo-Nazism foothold created by the efforts of the West at our borders”,— he stressed.
The Secretary of the Security Council of Russia added that Hitler's fascism saw its goal in destroying the Russian population, and now “his followers” trying to do it “by the hands of the Slavs”.
According to Patrushev, the need for “demilitarization” is due to the fact that Ukraine, saturated with weapons, poses a threat to Russia, especially from the point of view of the creation and use of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
